Guest Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Respectful Interactions: Please engage with fellow guests and staff in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner at all times.

  2. Physical displays of affection are strictly prohibited

  3. Zero Tolerance Policy: Uppliva maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards behaviour that is indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or otherwise discourteous. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Using offensive language or making derogatory remarks.

    • Threatening, insulting, or harassing others.

    • Engaging in aggressive behaviour.

  4. Reporting Violations: If you witness or experience any behaviour that goes against our Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it to our Front Desk staff immediately. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

  5. Consequences of Violations: Guests who violate our Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the spa premises and will be denied future access to our facilities.
