Your Private Uppliva Spa Experience Awaits!

Gather your friends, family, colleagues, or community for an unforgettable private Nordic spa experience at Uppliva.

Our 2.5-hour Private Thermal Circuit Rental includes exclusive access to the entire spa, including the cedar sauna, aromatherapy steam room, cold plunge pool, rain showers, and relaxation lounge. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, hosting a team gathering, or simply looking for meaningful time together, a private rental offers a unique opportunity to relax, reconnect, and recharge.

Each guest is provided with a signature waffle spa robe, two organic cotton bath towels, spa sandals, a personal locker, and access to our changing rooms with showers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests need only bring a bathing suit.

Private rentals are available for groups of up to 16 guests on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with morning, late afternoon, and evening booking options available depending on the day.

Dedicated Spa Attendants

Every private rental includes the support of two Spa Attendants who welcome your guests, oversee the Thermal Circuit, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure a seamless, comfortable, and safe experience from start to finish.

Food & Beverages

Guests are welcome to bring charcuterie boards, cheeses, fruit platters, or other light refreshments to enjoy during their visit. Our Wellness Bar also offers  Collective Arts Mocktails, Colletive Arts Non-Alcoholic Beer, and Botany Sparkling Water for $2.50 each, and guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.

Prior to your arrival, our Spa Attendants will thoughtfully arrange any food and beverages, with napkins and small plates provided.

Complimentary Aromatherapy Body Salts

As part of your experience, each guest receives our signature aromatherapy body salts, handcrafted in-house using organic ingredients. Designed for use in the rain showers, these mineral-rich salts provide a refreshing exfoliation while enhancing the therapeutic benefits of the Thermal Circuit.

Private Rental Fees

• June to September - $900 + HST

• October to May - $1200 + HST

• Plus a 15% service gratuity for our Spa Attendant team.

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up to seven days prior to your event. Cancellations made within seven days of the booking are subject to a 50% charge, while cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the full rental fee.
