Our spa treatments include aromatherapy foot soaks, exfoliating sea salt scrubs, and facial masks with hydrosol mists.

 
 
 

We will also help you select a botanical hydrosol to compliment your facial experience.

Hydrosols, also known as "flower waters" are produced by distilling fresh flowers, herbs, and other plant materials. They have similar therapeutic properties to essential oils but are less concentrated and gentler on your skin.

Our ingredients

We source our organically grown ingredients from local farms, or harvest them from their natural habitat in the Ottawa Region. Uncultivated, organic botanicals retain their positive healing properties when they are harvested from their native area.

We offer a Sauna & Steam Circuit with a traditional sauna, an aromatherapy steam room, a cold plunge pool, refreshing rain showers and a modern relaxation space. Massage Therapy services, rejuvenating Body Treatments and Wildcrafted Spa Treatments are also offered to support your health & wellness.
