Massage Therapy
A Therapeutic Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage with one of our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) can promote relaxation, reduce pain, improve circulation and joint mobility, and melt away stress. Our therapists will provide a thorough assessment and customize your massage treatment around your body's wellness needs.
Hot Stones are integrated into each Massage, where smooth, heated basalt lava stones are placed on your body to promote deep relaxation and tension release.
An Aromatherapy Massage includes a therapeutic Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, customized aromatherapy and deeply relaxing hot stones.
At the start of your treatment, you will select one of our essential oil blends to uplift, calm or ground your senses. Your massage oil will be infused with your chosen aromatherapy blend and used throughout your treatment.
Aromatherapy offers you many wellness benefits, leaving you feeling calm, restored & renewed.
Holistic Facials
Our Holistic Facial, provided by Kimberly Hoffman, Reg. Acupuncturist, R.Ac., is rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This treatment relaxes tight facial muscles, lifts the skin, brightens and balances skin tone, reduces blemishes, helps eliminate and prevent fines wrinkles, and creates a radiant healthy glow!
Your facial experience includes organic, plant-powered skincare created by Living Libations, Nefeli and Uppliva. Chinese Medicine techniques are used throughout the facial to restore proper qi flow and circulation: tuina: Chinese massage, jade rolling, facial gua sha, facial cupping, and externally applied herbs known for their restorative properties.
Body acupuncture needles are optional for those who want to increase their wellness benefits from this treatment. The Holistic Facial offers deep relaxation for your face and your entire body.
An insurance receipt will be provided for all Acupuncture Services, including our Holistic Facial
A Sauna & Steam Circuit visit is only $40 with a Massage or Holistic Facial.
The fee includes a waffle spa robe, organic cotton towel and sandals. If you include a Sauna & Steam Circuit visit, please note that you can use the spa facilities for up to 2.5 hours in addition to your Massage Therapy or Holistic Facial.
