We are looking for a Front Desk/Spa Attendant to join our Wellness Team! They possess a warm and friendly personality with a passion for health and wellness. They must also be client-focused, attentive & adaptable and have excellent communication skills.

Available 30-35 hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday during the day.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests into the spa, check clients in and out using ‘Booker by MindBody’ and ensure that they feel comfortable for the duration of their visit

Make bookings for new appointments in-person, by phone and by email. Answer phone and emails in a warm, professional manner, and provide clients with the utmost care while answering questions

Communicate to Sauna & Steam Circuit guests the relevant information that will allow them to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Listen to the needs of spa guests and respond to their requests. Find ways to go above & beyond to provide exceptional guest service.

Collect payment for spa services, products and treatment bar sales
Complete administrative tasks to support our Massage Therapy Practice and spa operations

Help the spa run smoothly throughout the day by helping with laundry and light cleaning as needed

Have thorough knowledge of Uppliva’s wildcrafted spa products, spa services and seasonal promotions

Offer spa products, treatment, aromatherapy and spa service recommendations to spa guests

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent customer service, computer & communication skills
A calm, friendly and warm demeanour
Ability to multitask, well organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player
Previous front desk, reception or customer service experience required
Passion for health and wellness
Available 30-35 hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday during the day.
