HOT

Begin your Uppliva experience by warming up in our Cedar Sauna. Rest your mind and uplift your spirit in our sauna, and enjoy löyly steam with water lightly scented with citrus essential oils.

Or, relax your body, cleanse your skin, and uplift your senses in our Eucalyptus Steam Room.

COLD

After your Sauna or Steam session, rejuvenate your skin under our cool, refreshing rain showers or plunge into our 15C cold plunge pool. Scandinavians have been practicing this hot-cold tradition for centuries.

Hot-cold therapy helps to relieve stress and promotes relaxation, soothes and relaxes sore muscles, removes toxins from the body, improves heart health & your immune system, and boosts your mood.

REST

Rest in silence beside our warm, glowing fireplace in our serene relaxation space. Stretch out on a comfortable lounge chair or drift away for a short nap in one of our woven hammocks.

This rest period is essential for slowing down your heart rate and stabilizing your cardiovascular system.

We limit the capacity of our Nordic Circuit to a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. You are guaranteed a relaxing experience whether alone, with your partner, family or a small group of friends.

Your Nordic Circuit visit

includes a waffle spa robe, two organic bath towels, a pair of sandals, a personal locker, and access to a change room with showers, organic body wash, and shampoo. Guests will also enjoy unlimited herbal tea and citrus water. Please bring your bathing suit.
